What is Synastry?

A synastry chart is an overlay of the charts of two individuals — it’s a beautiful and artful representation of how the individuals interact with, influence, and impact one another. Synastry charts indicate your individual relationship styles, how you "do" relationships, what you're here to learn from the relationship, each of your needs, what activates you, opportunities for growth, how to work with each other instead of against each other — it’s all about supporting the individuals to continue to grow and thrive while in partnership using the relationship as a pathway for deeper connection, intimacy, and authenticity. If there are specific topics of interest, like communication, sex, intimacy, difference in routines, emotional differences, life changes, work life, etc. we can discuss those together.

What to Expect

The relationship package entails individual readings for each person, plus a 90-minute couple's synastry chart reading with the couple in which we look at the two charts together. (Learn more about the individual readings here.)

In the couple session, we use the synastry chart to explore the relationship through the lens of astrology. Together, we dive into the unique couple's chart and unpack behavioral patterns, challenges, gifts, strengths, lessons, and purpose in the relationship. 

I like to think of the individual sessions as the "ME" part of the relationship and the synastry session as the "WE" part. It will highlight the strengths and supportive aspects, as well as the challenges and opportunities for growth.

I weave my background in communication and life coaching with astrology to help anchor it and make it useful — these sessions are a conversation between us. My intention with the couple's package is to facilitate a deeper understanding of one another as individuals within a partnership so that the couple deepens their connection, communication, and most importantly, feels equipped with directives to navigate life together while being their authentic selves. Through coaching, we'll integrate the knowledge you gain from the charts into practical, feasible directives to implement in your daily life. Oh, and you can expect to have fun and laugh too! (You know my style! 💜)

And finally, this package includes an optional 20-minute follow up connection call within the month following the session — an opportunity for the couple to ask questions, seek guidance, and re-connect after you've had time to integrate the session. 

This work is sacred, deep, playful, enlightening, and connecting. It’s truly one of my favorite offerings!

Is this only for romantic relationships?

Nope! In my professional astrology practice, I’ve helped parents and children, siblings, lovers, friends, co-workers, bosses and employees. A synastry reading is for any two people (though I’ve also worked with throuples and entire families, so I’d say it’s not limited to a two-person relationship!) This is a practice that can help each person better understand who they are as individuals and how they can improve and enhance their relationship, no matter the nature of the relationship.

Whether you're in a transitional period figuring out how to navigate forward or if you want to connect more deeply, or just want to have a fun, enriching experience together — this is a deep and inspiring journey that typically provides a lot of clarity and connection for the relationship.
